FAQ

Question In grid-connected photovoltaic inverters, how to solve the problem of excessive harmonics? 2011-12-12 12:15:59 +
Harmonic exceedance is usually caused by defects in the inverter topology or control algorithm. This can be solved in two steps: ① Replace the traditional LC filter with an LCL filter to reduce the total harmonic distortion (THD) from 2~50 times to below 2%; ② Optimize the pulse width modulation (PWM) strategy, such as introducing random switching frequency technology to disperse harmonic energy peaks. In addition, a high-precision harmonic analyzer (such as Fluke 435) should be used for real-time monitoring to ensure compliance with GB/T 14549-2021 "Power Quality - Harmonics in Public Power Systems".
Question How can offline testing and online monitoring of new energy battery packs be effectively combined? 2011-12-12 12:15:59 +
Offline tests such as capacity tests are often time-consuming, while online monitoring such as BMS data acquisition is difficult to detect potential micro-short circuit faults. An effective combined solution is to use high-precision formation equipment (±0.1% accuracy) on the offline side and deploy a high-frequency sampling module (sampling rate no less than 1kHz) on the online side. By using AI algorithms to fuse offline and online data, a battery state of health (SOH) prediction model can be established to achieve comprehensive and accurate control of the battery state.
