AHY-12 STANDARD SERIES AC CONSTANT CURRENT SOURCE
Series:
The AHY-12 standard series AC constant current source uses SPWM high-frequency pulse width modulation, which can modulate the output current and frequency. It features fast response speed, high constant current accuracy, and long-term stable operation. It can overcome current changes caused by fluctuations in grid voltage, changes in loop resistance, and changes in product internal resistance, and is unaffected by human factors. It is mainly used for current thermal effect testing and applications of specific products, such as circuit breakers, fuses, thermal relays, magnetic starters, and other protective switches, as well as various transformers that require testing of rated current, operating current, and short-circuit current thermal effects. Target users include low-voltage electrical appliance manufacturers, electrical testing institutions, electrical research units, and university training bases. Applications include: molded case circuit breaker characteristic testing and verification equipment, miniature circuit breaker instantaneous characteristic testing and verification equipment, and lean production testing lines.

■Constant current, constant current adjustment range: 0-maximum value continuous adjustment;
■Constant voltage, constant voltage adjustment range: 0-maximum value continuous adjustment;
■When using constant current and constant voltage, it can automatically switch between them, maintaining both control and protection characteristics;
■Provides measurement of RMS voltage, RMS current, active power, frequency, and power factor;
■Pure power output quality: Provides a pure and reliable sine wave output. It is not only the best source for R&D and laboratories, but also a standard power supply for EMI/EMC and other safety tests;
■Excellent stability: Output load voltage ≤ ±1%, output frequency ≤ ±0.02%. Its output frequency is generated by a quartz crystal oscillator, providing a very stable and accurate frequency output;
■High-efficiency IGBT module: Saves electricity, energy, and money. Using an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) module, it can drive high-power output, improve quality stability, and reduce power loss and interference;
■Direct selection of output frequency range: 50Hz, 60Hz (100HZ, 120HZ, 200HZ, 240HZ, 400Hz optional) can be used for interlayer withstand voltage tests of transformers, coils, etc.;
■Fast transient response speed: For 100% unloading/loading, the output load voltage regulation (within the response time) can immediately stabilize at ±1% (linear load);
■Strong overload capacity: Allows 100% full load for long-term use; When the instantaneous load capacity exceeds 3 times the rated current, this power supply can withstand it without causing a voltage drop;
■Multiple safety protection functions:
It has overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection, and an alarm device. In case of abnormal conditions, the electronic circuit of the unit will automatically sense and immediately cut off the output, and at the same time issue an alarm to notify the user to handle the emergency situation.
■Suitable for various loads: Resistive, capacitive, inductive, or non-linear loads can be used;
■High measurement accuracy, suitable for testing various waveforms with DC components, such as current sine half-waves and similar waveforms.
