DLB-LR DC RESISTIVE SERIES
Series:
The DC load is built with a new type of alloy resistance wire material. It operates using an energy-consuming method and uses forced air cooling for heat dissipation. A small axial flow fan is used, which features high air volume, good heat dissipation, and low noise. It is applied to the detection of the output power and load capacity of communication DC equipment such as vehicle power supplies, battery charging and discharging, DC welders, DC screens, UPS equipment, and switching power supplies.

◆ Discharge power can be set by key combination according to power detection requirements.
◆ Detects the working efficiency, maximum output power under full load, and load capacity of various power generation and discharge equipment.
◆ Simulates various complex working environments, sudden increase and decrease of power, and detects the actual load capacity and efficiency of discharge equipment.
◆ The use of precise high-precision load materials can truly simulate the load capacity and load micro-change adaptability of the actual load.
◆ Emergency stop and temperature protection, overload, short circuit, and overtemperature equipment automatic shutdown.
◆ Upper and lower limit voltage setting, automatically reduces to the range voltage point according to energy (limited programmable controller).
◆ Temperature protection setting, temperature 0~100° can be set, and real-time temperature is monitored.
◆ Programmable interface 0~30 groups of power and current can be set arbitrarily, the minimum execution operation time is 1ms, and it can be cycled 999999 times (limited programmable controller).
◆ The minimum resolution of the load is 1W, which can accurately simulate the on/off capability of power generation or products.
◆ Measurement data can be uploaded to a computer, and the process data of the detection process can be recorded and stored (limited programmable controller).
◆ It has two operation modes: panel operation or remote control (limited programmable controller).
◆ It has over-temperature protection function, temperature setting and temperature monitoring.
◆ Customizable loads with different time constants.
◆ Applied to precise testing sites such as generators, UPS, switches, fuses, electrical accessories, transformers, temperature rise tests, factory inspection of low-voltage electrical appliances, production debugging, simulation of harsh load environments, scientific research and development, and military industry.
◆ Button control or switch switching (touch screen control with RS232 communication interface).
◆ Can measure voltage, current, and power.
