Main technical parameters of the relay life testing device:

This test bench is mainly used to test the resistance to mechanical wear, contact welding, jitter, and temperature rise of magnetic latching relays; as well as the operational stability of the magnets during rapid positive and negative switching. It meets the requirements of GB14048.1-2012 national standard. The test bench system consists of three parts - operation control console, test load, and precision adjustable AC power supply.

1. Operation control console: Connects the test product, sets control parameters, displays and sets parameters via a touch screen, and uses PLC control drive and alarm. Each unit failure count is accumulated, and judged according to the user's settings.

2. Load platform: Simulates contact usage load, with resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. Common resistive load (iron chromium aluminum); the impact inductive load is an air-core inductor and the power factor is adjustable from 0.3-1; and with

II. Test bench parameters

① Test unit: Test multiple or single relays at a time. Both single-coil and double-coil relays can be tested. Single/double coil switch.

② Number of load paths: Customizable multi-path or single-path: current 0~MAX customizable; Pf 0.2~1.

③ Coil voltage: 0-50VDC adjustable, 3A current. 1 power supply control.

④ Pulse control: 10-100 milliseconds adjustable positive and negative pulses, MOS tube control.

⑤ Time interval: 0.1-100 seconds control relay operation cycle.

⑥ Number of counts: 3 closing points, opening points, and counting points, with a counting capacity of 9,999,999 times. The main counter can be set to stop at the maximum count, failure count setting alarm, sub-counter independent zeroing, and power-off data saving function.

⑦ Failure query function: Sticking, non-conduction, failure, continuous failure, etc.
