ALC5000 FEEDBACK POWER GRID SIMULATOR
The ALC5000 series single/three-phase regenerative grid simulator uses pure digital PWM rectification technology, SPWM high-frequency pulse width modulation, and advanced direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) waveform generation technology. It has a full regenerative function, capable of feeding all input AC source energy back to the grid; it features a high input power factor, minimal grid pollution, high output waveform quality, and fast dynamic response speed. It can simulate grid voltage disturbances, frequency disturbances, and three-phase imbalances; it is applied to the new energy industry for grid-connected performance testing of products such as energy storage inverters, photovoltaic inverters, and charging piles.

Product Features
◆ Adopts advanced direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) waveform generation technology, with high frequency stability and good continuity.
◆ Provides an embedded intelligent PC monitoring system.
◆ Output frequency 45.000-99.999Hz, with 0.001 Hz/10ms variable, easily and accurately perform over/under frequency experiments, anti-islanding experiments; LIST, STEP two modes, can execute 30 sets of different voltage, frequency, and time settings, and can continuously perform cyclic tests. The running time can be set to 10ms, which can be used for simulating grid tests, realizing voltage and frequency gradient, step function, with active PFC, easily completing low voltage and zero voltage ride-through tests.
◆ Over/under voltage and over/under frequency tests can be performed; after setting the required voltage or frequency changes on the programmable panel, after running, each change in voltage or frequency will trigger a level, which is very accurate and convenient when performing this experiment.
◆ High measurement accuracy, suitable for testing various waveforms similar to sinusoidal half-waves with DC components.
◆ Provides RMS voltage, RMS current, active power, frequency, power factor, peak current, etc. readings.
◆ For 100% load/no-load, the response time is within 2ms, strong overload capacity, and the instantaneous current can withstand 3 times the rated current.
◆ External zero voltage ride-through synchronous trigger signal dry contact for easy user testing.
◆ It has two parts: DC and AC output. The DC voltage is not adjustable and is fixed at 300V (single-phase input) and 500V (three-phase input) (optional).
