EVD1000 complies with the national standard GB.T27930-2015 "Communication protocol between electric vehicle non-vehicle-mounted conductive chargers and battery management systems", and is compatible with the national standard GB.T27930-2011 communication protocol.
Suitable for DC charging pile testing, with a 7-inch touch screen interface that is convenient and simple to operate. The product comes with upper computer operating software, enabling various testing and analysis methods for charging piles. Suitable for use by R&D and debugging personnel, factory testing and after-sales personnel, and charging pile operators.

♦ Real-time display of the message status of chargers CHM, CRM, CTS, CML, CRO, CCS, CST, CSD, and CEM.
♦ Vehicle-side message content and cycle are fully customizable, allowing simulation of various vehicle message scenarios.
♦ The host computer uses a USB interface for direct control, eliminating the cumbersome wiring and adapters compared to 485 and 232.
♦ Real-time message output and translation during communication, with real-time saving functionality. Equivalent to the functionality of a CAN box, convenient for direct use and fault analysis by various personnel.
♦ Statistics on the average cycle, number of transmissions, maximum cycle, and minimum cycle of various messages. Message waveform output provides a more intuitive and comprehensive analysis of charger faults.
♦ Communication consistency testing for charging piles, with the ability to generate analysis reports.
♦ Battery voltage simulation, allowing simulation of tests for positive connection, reverse connection, and no connection.
♦ Multi-level R4 resistor settings, allowing testing of critical gun removal and complete gun removal states.
♦ Multi-level DC+, DC- leakage resistance simulation, allowing balanced and unbalanced leakage tests for insulation checks of charging piles.
♦ Equipped with a Class 1 energy meter, real-time display of charging pile output voltage, current, power, charging energy statistics, and data synchronization to BCS messages.
♦ Automatic SOC increase, customizable charging duration for automated aging tests.
♦ Interoperability tests, insulation fault tests, gun removal tests, battery reverse connection, and no-connection tests.
