The IPAC2000 series AC regenerative load is a high-power power electronic device specially designed for "energy saving and emission reduction." It integrates advanced technologies in the fields of power electronics and automatic control, providing numerous configurable parameters. The device achieves bidirectional conversion between AC and AC and can be used for aging tests of power supply products. Using a PFC regenerative design and pure digital PWM rectification technology, it boasts a high power factor, low grid pollution, high output accuracy, fast dynamic response, and 95% energy feedback to the grid, resulting in energy saving. The device supports RS485 communication for easy communication and control with third-party devices.
The device is widely used in factories, laboratories, research institutions, universities, and other organizations as an aging test and performance detection device for generator sets, inverters, UPS/EPS, AC power supplies, AC converters, and other AC system products. It can be used for testing and aging of generators, AC sources, inverters, UPS/EPS, charging piles, controllers, switching segment devices, server AC devices, and power electronic equipment. The AC regenerative electronic load is a power electronic conversion device based on a two-stage conversion architecture of power frequency isolated IGBT rectification and inversion, featuring high reliability and programmability; it can be locally and remotely controlled through internal control and communication modules. The internal sampling circuit can quickly detect overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, and output short circuits, automatically protecting and cutting off the output, and issuing an alarm. The power inverter unit uses integrated pressure-bonded laminated busbar technology and modular configuration, improving quality, reliability, and stability. The device uses a touch screen for display and control, making operation simpler.
