Product Features

The AC constant current source is specially designed and manufactured for low-voltage electrical appliance users. Its output current is constant, the output waveform is a pure sine wave, and it can be used as a test instrument for overcurrent experiments. This AC constant current source can handle resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, meeting the requirements of low-voltage electrical appliances for test power supplies. Outstanding advantages: Accuracy can reach 0.2% (two thousandths), ensuring a constant output current. Communication can provide communication control software and communication protocols, facilitating automated control for users. Minimum control accuracy starts from 1mA, with accuracy reaching ±0.1%. Previously used high-current generator solutions had issues due to temperature changes, with the copper resistance of wires, connectors, and coils constantly changing. Operators had to frequently adjust the voltage regulator to maintain a constant current, which was time-consuming and laborious, and the accuracy was incomparable to this power supply. In low-voltage electrical appliance production, for projects requiring current calibration and aging tests, this power supply is currently the best choice, such as setting the operating current of thermal relays and measuring the thermal tripping current of air switches.
