The IPDC2000 series multi-functional bidirectional DC power supply adopts a three-phase PFC feedback design, pure digital PWM rectification technology, and uses four-quadrant SVPWM technology for AC-DC bidirectional conversion. Energy flows bidirectionally, with a power factor of up to 0.99 or higher, and 100% energy feedback. It has low grid current pollution, a high input power factor (>0.99), and harmonics <3% during rated operation. The high power factor results in low grid pollution, meeting the requirements of national standard GB/T14549-93 for power quality and public grid harmonics. It features high output accuracy, fast dynamic response speed, and 100% energy feedback to the grid. It is widely used in the early R&D, later type testing, reliability testing, and production line product testing of products in fields such as new energy vehicle motors, electric control testing, power battery pack charge and discharge testing, and other power electronics testing. It meets the power supply requirements for test items in GB/T18488.1-2015, GB/T18488.2-2015, and GB/T29307-2012.
The battery simulation function can simulate the charge and discharge characteristics of various batteries. Users can select different battery types, series and parallel numbers, and SOC indicators to comprehensively simulate the output characteristics of the battery, including the change in battery internal resistance characteristics during battery discharge.
The programmable DC power supply function has constant voltage, constant current, and constant power output modes. It can automatically switch between modes, maintaining a balance between control and protection to ensure high-precision, low-ripple, and fast voltage and current dynamic response speed of the DC power supply output.
The DC electronic load function has constant resistance, constant voltage, constant current, and constant power functions. Note: Multi-channel output can be customized, and channels can be used in parallel.

◆ Three-phase P.F.C feedback design. The system adopts a two-stage architecture of AC-DC and DC-DC bidirectional conversion, which effectively stabilizes bus voltage fluctuations during sudden load changes, thereby improving the overall output dynamic response time and providing complete electrical isolation.
◆ AC-DC bidirectional conversion uses four-quadrant SVPWM technology, allowing for bidirectional energy flow and a power factor of 0.99 or higher. It features low grid harmonic pollution, 100% energy feedback, low grid current pollution, and a high input power factor (>0.99) with harmonics <3% during rated operation.
◆ Intelligent monitoring function and user-friendly human-machine interface. It can be remotely controlled via CAN bus or PC.
◆ Features constant voltage, constant current, and constant power functions, with voltage and current adjustable from 0-100%. It can operate in both power supply and load modes. Traditional power supplies have the same maximum and rated output voltage, while our power supply's maximum output voltage far exceeds the rated value. At voltages above the rated value, the power supply outputs at constant power, maximizing output capability.
