◆ This power supply accessory power load cabinet is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements of IEC60884-1, GB2099.1, GB16915, GB15092, UL1054IEC, GB and VDE, and the technical requirements provided by the customer.

◆ Suitable for life, switching capacity and breaking capacity tests of electrical accessories such as plugs, sockets and switches, especially suitable for samples that require inductive load life tests.

◆ Adjustable output load current 1~30A, adjustable no-load output single-phase voltage AC5~300V.

◆ Adjustable output power factor 0.3~0.999. Different specifications of load current and surge current can also be customized according to customer requirements.

◆ Surge current test can be customized for users, instantaneous 120A or 150A 200A using 1S (touch setting time).

◆ The biggest feature of this machine is to replace the original manual operation mode, fully automated process, such as: instantaneous test 120A, 1S, followed by normal current test, 1A10S2A15S... and so on.

It can cycle 999999 times.

◆ Parameter execution is fully controlled by touch, plus emergency stop control. The number of groups can be set.

Product Features

◆ Pure power output quality: 110V/220V dual power conversion, providing pure and reliable sine wave output. It is not only the best power supply for R&D and laboratories, but also the standard power supply for EMI/EMC and other safety tests.

◆ Excellent stability: Output load voltage ≤±1%, output frequency ≤±0.01%. Its output frequency is generated by a quartz crystal oscillator, which has a very stable and accurate frequency output.

◆ Using insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) modules, it can drive high-power output, improve quality stability, reduce power loss and interference.

◆ Directly select the output frequency range: 47~63Hz, 50Hz, 60Hz are available.

◆ Fast transient response speed: For 100% unloading/loading, the output load voltage regulation rate (within the response time) can be immediately stabilized at ±1% (linear load).

◆ Multiple safety protection functions: Overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, short circuit protection, and alarm devices. In case of abnormal conditions, the electronic circuit of the unit will automatically sense and immediately cut off the output, and at the same time issue an alarm to notify the user to handle the emergency situation.

◆ High measurement accuracy, suitable for testing current sine waves and similar waveforms with DC.
