This power supply features small size, light weight, high efficiency, low ripple, high frequency, high control precision, stable performance, simple operation, low noise, and significant energy saving, making it the preferred product for electroplating manufacturers. During electroplating, the power supply's pulse commutation function is used to strongly dissolve the convex parts of the coating for leveling. The dual-pulse electroplating power supply is applied to the electroplating of some special workpieces with precise tolerance requirements, and occasions where ideal results cannot be obtained with DC power supplies or single-pulse power supply electroplating, such as connectors and their pins, precision patterns, circuit board vias, microwave circuit boards, and multi-layer boards, etc., achieving very ideal results, and its application fields are constantly expanding.

 

  Product Applications


Electroplating electrolytic power supplies are widely used in the metallurgical industry, such as extracting metals from ores or compounds (electrometallurgy) or purifying metals (electrorefining), and depositing metals from solutions (electroplating). Metallic sodium and chlorine are generated by the electrolysis of molten sodium chloride; electrolysis of an aqueous solution of sodium chloride produces sodium hydroxide and chlorine. Electrolysis of water produces hydrogen and oxygen. The electrolysis of water is the decomposition of water into H2(g) and O2(g) under the action of an external electric field. DC power supply electrolysis is a very powerful means of promoting redox reactions. Many redox reactions that are difficult to carry out can be achieved through DC power supply electrolysis. For example, molten fluorides can be oxidized into elemental fluorine at the anode, and molten lithium salts can be reduced into metallic lithium at the cathode. The electrolytic industry plays an important role in the national economy. The smelting of many non-ferrous metals (such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, aluminum, etc.) and rare metals (such as zirconium, hafnium, etc.), the refining of metals (such as copper, zinc, lead, etc.), the preparation of basic chemical products (such as hydrogen, oxygen, caustic soda, potassium chlorate, hydrogen peroxide, succinonitrile, etc.), and electroplating, electropolishing, anodizing, etc., are all achieved through DC power supply electrolysis.
