The DLC6000 series switch-mode programmable DC power supply utilizes PWM technology, featuring a modular design and advanced DSP digital control technology. Compared to traditional thyristor power supplies, high-frequency switch-mode DC power supplies are smaller, lighter, have lower ripple, higher power factor, and better stability, especially noticeable in high-voltage output stability. The product is primarily targeted at electronic power production, battery industry, PCB manufacturing, communications, PLC power supply, electromechanical aging testing, DC motor testing, automated test system integration, medical devices, industrial applications, battery charging and simulation, hybrid electric vehicle and photovoltaic inverter testing research units, and laboratories requiring high-precision DC power supplies. The DLC6000 series programmable DC power supply is a high-power, high-precision DC power supply with single-phase or three-phase AC input and DC output, with a maximum power of up to 400KW.
This series of power supplies boasts superior accuracy, precision, and stability. It provides high-power, ultra-low ripple DC power on production lines, enhancing product performance. It features comprehensive protection circuitry and, compared to switching power supplies, offers advantages such as high precision, low ripple, no high-frequency radiation interference, and wide applicability.
This series of products is an ideal DC regulated power supply, widely applicable in factories, schools, research institutes, laboratories, and various sectors of the national economy.
Specification Range: Output voltage 0~700V, output current 0~500A, output power 0~400KW (selectable)
◆ Constant Voltage and Constant Current: Voltage and current values are continuously adjustable from zero to the rated value, with automatic switching between constant voltage and constant current.
◆ Overvoltage Protection: Voltage protection value is continuously adjustable from 0~120% of the rated value. The output will trip if the output voltage exceeds the protection value.
◆ Short Circuit Protection: Allows for long-term short circuits in any operating state or short-circuit power-on.
◆ Programmable: Can be connected to a computer to form a computer-controlled intelligent voltage and current regulated power supply (standard configuration)
