The DLC3000 series of high-power regulated DC power supplies for aerospace and military applications employs internationally advanced wide-range ZVZCS soft-switching inverter technology. Using IGBTs and amorphous magnetic cores as core components, it is specifically designed for aerospace and military equipment. This series of power supplies provides highly stable output voltage and current, suitable for use in aircraft and aerospace vehicles worldwide; it can be used as a starting power supply for armored weapons and other military equipment; and it can also be used for simulation experiments of the input power supply of aircraft equipment. Due to its use of currently internationally advanced soft-switching technology and mature and reliable control circuits, it possesses excellent electronic characteristics of high precision, high stability, and high reliability.

◆ High precision, low ripple. This DC power supply adopts peak current control, fast response, and high output voltage regulation accuracy. At the same time, the output is equipped with a multi-stage filter, and EMI/EMC meets EN61000-6-3, EN61000-6-1, and the output ripple is low.
◆ High efficiency. Wide-range soft switching technology makes the power supply highly efficient and low-noise; the overall efficiency can reach 95% (@100% load).
◆ Small size and light weight. Due to the use of soft switching technology, the internal heat sink is greatly reduced, the overall size is smaller than that of the hard switching regulated power supply, the reliability is higher, the weight is lighter, the power density is high, and it can meet the special needs of many military equipment.
◆ It has input phase loss protection, short circuit protection, overload protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and an independent temperature detection protection circuit and a special design for the high reliability of military power supplies.
◆ The remote sensing function can be used to compensate for the voltage drop between the output terminals and the load.
◆ The output high-precision display voltage and current use a high-precision 4 1/2 LED digital display.
◆ It can be connected to a computer to form a computer-controlled intelligent power supply (optional).
