The EVDS1000 series dual-gun DC charging pile load detection instrument is specifically designed for testing DC charging piles. It is a dual-gun detection series that greatly facilitates user testing of charging piles, including factory testing, aging, BMS communication testing, and fault testing.

Product Features
◆ Input voltage up to 750V, overload capacity of 800V, total power 240KW (single gun 120KW), customizable dual-gun capacity.
◆ Automatic current control, single gun 1A~250A adjustable. Dual-gun parallel operation can reach 500A.
◆ Two independent 240KW loads can be used in parallel.
◆ Each gun seat independently has a BMS simulation function, which can be used for testing dual-gun charging piles.
◆ Multiple levels of DC+, DC- leakage resistance simulation, which can perform balanced and unbalanced leakage tests on the insulation inspection of the charging pile. DC+ and DC- each have 7 levels of leakage resistance settings, real-time detection and display of CC1 voltage, multiple levels of R4 resistance settings, which can test the critical gun pulling state and the completely unplugged state.
◆ 7-inch resistive touch screen operation, dual-gun independent operation, and can also be used in parallel.
◆ Real-time voltage and current display.
◆ With battery voltage simulation, it can simulate battery positive connection, reverse connection, and no connection tests.
◆ Screen displays auxiliary voltage measurement.
◆ Compatible with new and old national standards.
◆ Automatic aging test, SOC automatically increases, charging time can be set to achieve automatic aging test function.
◆ Real-time display of charger CHM, CRM, CTS, CML, CRO, CCS, CST, CSD, CEM message status.
◆ Vehicle-side message content and cycle are all configurable, and various vehicle message situations can be simulated.
◆ The host computer uses a USB interface for direct control, and a 485 or 232 communication interface is optional.
◆ Real-time message output and translation during communication, and has a real-time saving function. It is equivalent to having the function of a CAN box, which is convenient for various related personnel to use directly and analyze faults.
◆ Statistics of the average cycle, number of transmissions, maximum cycle, and minimum cycle of various messages. Gantt chart output of message waveforms, making fault analysis of charging piles more intuitive and comprehensive.
◆ Communication consistency test of the charging pile, and has the function of outputting an analysis report.
