The DLC7000C pulse power supply offers single positive pulse and dual positive/negative pulse power supplies, employing unique modulation technology and digital control. The positive pulse on-time (T+) and negative pulse on-time (T-) can be adjusted independently within the full cycle. The DLC7000C pulse power supply offers single positive pulse and dual positive/negative pulse power supplies, employing unique modulation technology and digital control. The positive pulse on-time (T+) and negative pulse on-time (T-) can be adjusted independently within the full cycle. Positive current and voltage, as well as negative current and voltage, are independently adjustable. It can fully meet various customer needs. Suitable for gold, silver, nickel, and tin plating, it significantly improves coating performance; when used in protective-decorative plating (such as decorative gold), it results in a uniform, bright, and highly corrosion-resistant coating. In particular, the anodic dissolution of the reverse pulse in the dual pulse power supply rapidly increases the concentration of metal ions on the cathode surface, which is beneficial for using a high pulse current density in the subsequent cathode cycle, resulting in a dense, bright coating with low porosity; the anodic stripping of the reverse pulse in the dual pulse power supply greatly reduces the inclusion of organic impurities (including brighteners) in the coating, resulting in high coating purity and strong resistance to discoloration.


During pulse plating, when the current is on, the pulse (peak) current is several or even tens of times that of ordinary DC current. This instantaneous high current density causes metal ions to be reduced under extremely high overpotential, thus refining the deposited layer grains; when the current is off, the discharged ions near the cathode area return to their initial concentration, and the concentration polarization is eliminated. This facilitates the continued use of high pulse (peak) current density during the next pulse cycle. Simultaneously, the off-period is accompanied by recrystallization and adsorption/desorption phenomena beneficial to the deposited layer. This process synchronously runs throughout the entire plating process, and the mechanisms involved constitute the most fundamental principles of pulse plating. Practice has proven that pulse power supplies have incomparable advantages over traditional DC plating in terms of refining crystals, improving the physical and chemical properties of coatings, and saving precious metals. 
The dual-frequency power supply is a new type of power supply. Due to the reasonable processing of high-frequency and low-frequency pulses, the application fields of switching power supplies are becoming wider.


1. Single Pulse Power Supply:

Single pulse power supplies generally output unidirectional pulse currents with fixed parameters. To change pulse parameters, the machine must be stopped and reset.

2. Dual Pulse Power Supply:

Dual pulse power supplies generally output periodically reversed pulse currents with fixed parameters. To change pulse parameters, the machine must be stopped and reset. 
 
3. Multi-Pulse Power Supply:

A multi-pulse power supply is an intelligent multi-group periodically reversed pulse plating power supply that can cyclically output multiple groups of unidirectional or periodically reversed pulse currents with different parameters such as pulse width, frequency, amplitude, reversal time, and duration. Because the structure or composition of the coating obtained using pulse currents with different parameters is different, selecting suitable pulse currents with different parameters to alternate plating is expected to obtain high-performance micro-nano-scale multilayer metal film coatings. The DLC7000C intelligent pulse plating power supply provides a powerful tool for the research and development and production of nanotechnology plating.

 

  Product Features


◆ Cyclically outputs ten groups of current waveforms with different parameters. Each group of current can be arbitrarily selected from DC, single pulse, dual pulse, or DC reversal waveforms.

◆ The duration of each group of current can be arbitrarily selected between 1S and 9999S, facilitating control of the thickness of the coating obtained by each group of current.

◆ During the alternating operation of each group of pulse currents, the average current remains constant to ensure that the peak currents of each group of pulses are different when using different duty cycles.
