ZDAI-RLC DC IMPEDANCE SIMULATION CABINET
The ZDAI-RLC series microgrid cable DC impedance simulator consists of multiple segments of impedance devices that simulate different lengths of DC cables. It can accurately simulate cable impedance parameters, and the cable length and specifications are customized according to user requirements. It corresponds to the impedance, inductance, and capacitance values of the microgrid access cable, and simulates the length of the connected common low-voltage power supply system cable, with a step of 50 meters (step can be customized). It meets the needs of distributed power source experiment and testing, and is essential testing equipment for the development and verification of relay protection programs.

◆ The DC line simulator consists of multiple segments of equipment that simulate the impedance of DC cables of different lengths, with the length provided by the user; for example: For a single-core cable with a cross-sectional area of 10mm2 and a voltage resistance of 1000VDC, the four segments (2.5Km, 5Km, 7.5Km, and 10Km) can be freely combined to simulate DC cables of different lengths.
◆ The DC line simulation equipment should have a bipolar structure and can directly simulate a bipolar DC line.
◆ Simulated DC cable impedance coefficient: resistance 0.0754Ω/km, inductance 0.282mH/KW, capacitance 0.292μF/KW, impedance error less than 5%; line impedance simulation uses lumped parameter simulation.
◆ The line simulation provides an interface for the return cable of single-pole-to-ground short-circuit fault simulation.
◆ The fault simulation resistance can withstand a short-circuit current for more than 10 seconds without turning red, with automatic overheat protection.
◆ The short-circuit fault time can be set in the software, adjustable from 0.1 to 10 seconds.
◆ Equipped with a PLC automatic control system, the host panel has switches for adjusting impedance and fault access, which can be adjusted arbitrarily according to experimental needs.
◆ Configured with a local control panel to realize the functions of simulating line length and fault adjustment.
◆ The line simulation resistors are high-precision components and will not cause impedance value changes due to temperature increase during long-term operation.
◆ The device can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
