Product Characteristics
The load design has all-round MOS protection, and fuses are designed around the MOS. No matter how the MOS is damaged, it will not cause a short circuit between the positive and negative poles or between the positive pole and the control circuit. Partial MOS damage will not accelerate the damage of other MOS, and can be used continuously.
Distributed design, power layers can be directly replaced or added, maintenance is simple and convenient, and power expansion is easy.
A power limiting circuit is designed, with a very short response time, which can effectively protect the load from damage due to overpower.
Full shielding technology is adopted, whether it is internal or external wiring or PCB wiring, shielding technology is adopted, and digital communication is used between layers, which effectively improves the anti-interference ability of the load.
Special Features:
Constant Current Test Function (CC)
In constant current mode, regardless of the input voltage changes, the load always consumes a constant current.
Constant Voltage Test Function (CV)
In constant voltage mode, the load will consume enough current to maintain the input voltage at the set value.
Constant Resistance Test Function (CR)
In constant resistance mode, the load is equivalent to a constant resistor, and the input current will adjust with the change of the input voltage.
Constant Power Test Function (CP)
In constant power mode, the load will consume a constant power. The input current will linearly adjust with the change of the input voltage to ensure that the power consumption remains unchanged.
Dynamic Current Test Function (CCD)
The dynamic test function can switch the load between two set parameters (main value and transient value) according to the set rules, suitable for power dynamic characteristic testing. Press the panel button "CCD" to quickly switch to the dynamic test interface, and after setting the parameters, use the button "On/Off" to turn the dynamic test function on or off.

Automatic Test Function (Auto)
The automatic test function is used to simulate real load waveforms and provide an efficient specification checking process, which can significantly improve testing efficiency. This function allows users to edit 4 sequence test files, each test file can
support 50 test steps. In each test step, the user can set the load mode, load main value, rise slope, fall slope, single-step time, and check content.
Discharge Test Function (Discharge)
The discharge test function is used to perform discharge tests on batteries or supercapacitors. During the test, the voltage of the battery (or capacitor) continuously decreases, and when the voltage is lower than the termination voltage, the load closes the input and stops discharging.
Charging Test Function (Charge)
In addition to providing constant current charging, the CIRK5000 series load also adds an intelligent constant current to constant voltage charging mode to meet customer's charging quality requirements (as full as possible). The charging test function requires series
power supply and battery (or supercapacitor), and use a remote voltage sampling cable.
Equivalent DC Internal Resistance Test Function (ESR)
The CIRK5000's professional internal resistance sampling circuit can accurately capture the voltage drop of the device under test. According to Ohm's law, the equivalent DC internal resistance can be calculated.
Overcurrent Protection Test Function (OCP)
The load provides a rising ramp current to test whether the voltage of the device under test can reach the termination potential, to determine whether the OCP protection is normal. This test checks the output response of the device under test under overload conditions.
