The charging gun (box) aging test system is mainly used for online debugging, offline detection, aging test, and function verification of charging guns (boxes). This test system strictly refers to GB/T18487.1-2015 and GB/T 20234.2-2015, truly simulating the real vehicle charging process and various faults, avoiding the inconvenience of using electric vehicles as testing devices, incomplete test content, and inability to simulate formal faults, and avoiding damage to test vehicles caused by charging pile faults. This test system can measure charging voltage, current, power, and electricity; test CP and CC guide signals, and can simulate leakage faults. The test data can be saved and traced through the industrial control computer PC software!
